Important Information

What to know before taking Lortab?

You should not take Lortab if you are allergic to acetaminophen (Tylenol) or hydrocodone or have recently used sedatives, alcohol, tranquilizers, or other narcotic medications.

Do not use Lortab if you have already taken an MAO inhibitor in the past 14 days. Taking this medicine with MAO inhibitors may lead to a dangerous drug interaction.  Some medications can interact with hydrocodone, resulting in a serious condition known as serotonin syndrome.
